The Maintenance Fee Reimbursement program is a great way to put money back into your pocket. The program opens November 1 each year for the following year and will remain open until February 28, or until the program is full, whichever occurs first. You will turn over your owner week to be placed in the rental pool. Approximately 45 days after your assigned week has been utilized, you will receive a portion of your maintenance fee back.
